On-site anaesthetics

At MPW Dentistry we have our own anaesthetics facility .We provide General Anaesthetics on a regular basis through the care of a specialist visiting Anaesthetist as required by law.
We follow the guidelines for providing out patient General Anaesthetics as set down by the faculty of anaesthetists for your care and safety.

Who we can help

As we provide General Anaesthetic facilities in our rooms we can provide for multiple procedures at the one time so that various dental treatments can be completed under one General Anaesthetic for the patients who are suffering from anxiety and phobias related to dentistry. We also enable dentistry for physically or mentally challenged patients requiring dental treatment, patients who need all their dental care performed in a single visit; and many other people.

The options that are right for you

At MPW Dentistry we know that every patient has their individual sedation needs. Some need more, others need less .We will not treat you with a particular sedation because that is the only one we offer. Dr Walker’s qualifications and the practice facilities enable a range of treatments, which allow us to offer you the treatment that suits you best.

It is important to note that all patients who are seeking General Anaesthetic or Intravenous Sedation at our practice require a pre-anaesthetic consultation.
